Calling all cyclists! Our specially created class by Charli from Yoga Luna will take you through a series of postures and stretches to help strengthen your core whilst also loosening out hard-working legs, and addressing all of the traditional cycling aches and pains. You will leave feeling restored, refreshed and ready for your next big ride. 4 week intro course costs £60 and starts Thursday 7.6.18 at 1730 for an hour. Booking essential.
