Enjoy an evening session of gentle yoga with mindful attention on body and breath followed by a sound bath where you will lie and relax into the experience of sublime sound.
The yoga practice will emphasize breath as a subtle movement within the body. With this deeper awareness, you will notice how the breath is the living part of you. It engages with all parts of the body and mind. With this awareness, lying and relaxing in the sound created for the sound bath leads you to enter a peaceful, meditative state. You may notice the sound as a sensation in the body but mostly a sound bath will feel like a beautifully easy way for your mind to be engaged whilst letting go of all other thoughts.
