Wild Training partners with Choices Health Clubs
to deliver the ultimate training package.
Health club chain, Choices Health Clubs, has partnered with South East based PT and Group exercise company Wild Training. Wild Training currently run 10 franchises in the South East with local trainers in Great Missenden, High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield amongst others. The partnership will allow for faster growth of the Wild Training network – and bring new and innovative training techniques into Choices Health Clubs.
Wild Training was formed in 2011 by Personal Trainer James Griffiths and has grown quickly in reputation and popularity. The training provided is unique in the industry and gets amazing results, not just focusing on exercise but the whole package with nutrition taking a predominate role. Trainers create exercise programs based on skilled movements that not only help clients improve their fitness and strength, but also develop co-ordination, balance and flexibility. The use of less traditional exercise equipment like Indian clubs, Bulgarian bags and battling ropes also helps the training stay exciting. The franchises operate outdoor group exercise classes, personal training and functional fitness studios, taking their unique training techniques into each of these areas.
The deal between Choices and Wild Training will give the opportunity for a roll out of the franchise model with a target of 100 franchises and expand its operation into larger purpose built facilities. It will also increase the quality of the fitness offering at Choices health clubs which are based in the Midlands
Paul Foster, MD of Choices Health Clubs said:
“As soon as I saw a Wild Training session, I knew it was something different. The level of engagement they achieve with their members, not to mention the incredible results, is something completely different – I can’t wait to work with James and his team to keep raising the standards of training on offer in our clubs, and assisting the expansion of Wild Training.
Wild Training will be actively recruiting personal trainers to run their own franchises….this initiative will be launching at this year’s Leisure Industry Week (30th September – 2nd October) at the NEC.
