Treasure Trails Spy Mission, Amersham Old Town

Follow the Trail, solve the clues, see the sights. This is a self guided circular walk of about 2 miles with clues and a puzzle to solve on the way. Please allow around 2.5 hours to complete it. It starts and ends at the pay & display car park in the old town. It takes you on a tour around the old town and includes a children’s’ play area. It also includes a climb to the Martyrs Memorial which takes you to the outskirts of a wood and the edge of fields. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs and may be difficult with a pushchair. Please be prepared for mud after heavy rain. It can be done at any time to suit you as the walk is along public paths. Although you will have to cross busy roads the Trail makes use of pedestrian crossings wherever possible, Good family fun for an afternoon and all for £5.99! There are no entry fees to pay and the only other cost is the car park. Public toilets are at the car park and there are restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
