The Wild Strawberry Cafe

A wonderful local place for breakfast, brunch or lunch and for fruit/veg picking - the kids absolutely love it, especially the hay bales! Looking forward to the Jazz event there in late August and having hosted my own event there, the staff are really great!! It's a regular place to visit for us!! I would love for their breakfast menu to be served all day as their pancakes are AMAZING!

A beautifully cafe, in a yurt ,on a farm serving delicious locally sourced 'proper food', and some home made cakes. We went for brunch a few weeks ago and it was packed. A table for 10 had been reserved and they were 45 minutes late - we were just about to sit down when they turned up. The owners were way too nice to keep the table for them considering their time keeping as there was quite a few people waiting. The food was delicious, one of the best brunches I have eaten, so fresh and tasty. We went with our son who wolfed down his food :) The cafe is next to a farm shop plus there is pick your own fruit fields - a really lovely day out - would highly recommend.
