We went to the Stay & Play cafe for the first time the other week having seen it mentioned on here. It's a lovely cafe and the owners have obviously thrown some money at kitting the place out and even have a place to park your buggies :) The staff were lovely, very friendly and enthusiastic. They have a great selection of loose leaf teas and the menu was good - sarnies, jacket potatoes, soup (and reasonably priced) although my veggie friend commented that there wasn't a lot for her to choose eg soup was a meat option as was the quiche. The soft play area is very nice although I'm not sure if the price of £3 for the first child and £2 for subsequent children may put people off from going on a regular basis? I would go much for frequently if it was a bit cheaper for the soft play. All in all though a lovely coffee shop that is a great addition to the Chesham High Street.
