Swiss Farm

Lovely campsite, there is a small lake for fishing, few farm animals in the field next to the camp field, small playground and a swimming pool. Also small shop at the reception so you can get some milk, bacon, eggs and bread in the morning. Next to the reception is a clean bar opened until 10pm, but not open for public, only for people staying on the site. Nice friendly staff, bookings has to be made (and payed for) at least few weeks before you go, it gets quite busy in the summer.

We've been camping here twice and really enjoyed it both times. There's lots to do at the site, they have a lovely children's playground with sandpit, a heated outdoor swimming pool and there are animals for the kids to go and see. It's very family friendly and they have a noise curfew so perfect for getting the children to sleep at a reasonable time. It's quite a large site so there's plenty of space between tents and space for children to play safely. The toilet and shower facilities are also very clean, a big requirement when camping with young kids :) We used the swimming pool this summer and it was lovely, warm enough for the kids to play happily without complaining about the cold and also big enough that it didn't feel crowded with the other families. It's a great location, with only a short walk intoHenley, but still feels very peaceful and quiet at the site. I would definitely recommend Swiss Farm, and look forward to our next visit.
