Quick and easy make ahead burgers


400g minced lamb

100g feta cheese crumbled

1 small red onion grated

i tbsp harissa

small handful of parsley chopped

4 crusty bread rolls




1.Put the lamb mince in a bowl with crumbled feta, red onion, harissa and the chopped parsley. Season well, then form into 4 burgers. You can freeze them until needed.

2. Grill or griddle for 4-5 minutes each side
