Soft Play @ Marlow Garden Centre

We took our kids to the Marlow Garden Centre today as we fancied going out and trying somewhere new. It's really easy to get to, literally 20 mins from The Chalfonts (it's just off the M40, Wycombe / John Lewis exit). The Garden Centre itself is fairly small compared to the World End Garden Centre in Wendover and the cafe is smaller too. The layout however of the play bit and the visibility from the cafe is better than in World End Garden Centre. There are seats in the play area for adults plus tables and chairs right by the play area with big windows so you have clearer visibility of your children. We paid £1.50 per child for an hours play which given how much you pay for a 'proper' play centre is very reasonable. I had to change my daughters nappy and went in the disabled/baby changing room toilet and the baby changing table was missing and so I ended up having to change her on the floor which isn't great! Luckily I had a changing mat with me but not ideal when they presumably get lost of families going in there.

I would go back again and it's ideal for a mid week meet with friends and kids. If I had to choose where to go at the weekend though I would choose Worlds End in Wendover purely because I prefer the garden centre (loads of stock etc) and the cafe is lovely, really big & clean.
