Bodyworks is a small indoor fitness studio at Karen & Dave’s home in Seer Green where they do PT as well as Spinning, Boxing, small PT classes & Group Rowing Classes. I love going there, Karen & Dave are very supportive and motivating – you’ll find that you never do the same workout twice. They have a wide and varied timetable which can be viewed here.
