Shed@ThePark celebrates 10th birthday with Elgiva show

Shed@ThePark Theatre Company, based at Chesham Youth Centre, will soon be celebrating their 10th anniversary this year with a brand new name and a special anniversary show at the Elgiva Theatre.

The company, which has been bringing theatre to local children and young adults – of all abilities and backgrounds during this time – will be known as The Theatre Shed in future and they’re hoping to secure enough funds to continue to create innovative, inspiring, inclusive theatre for the next 10 years and beyond.

The celebratory show is called Lifted and has been written by Richard Vincent in collaboration with The Theatre Shed. It promises to be: “A fantastical adventure celebrating a decade of wonder and imagination as The Theatre Shed goes into its next chapter proving ‘Anything really is possible.'”
