Perfect for lunch boxes or as a snack.
Makes 16 squares
80g (4 tbsp) golden syrup
100g (2 heaped tbsp) apricot jam
100g pumpkin seeds
50g sesame seeds
50g sunflower seeds
1. Preheat oven to 160 (fan) / 180 / gas 4. Line a brownie tin or baking tray, around 20 x 30cm, with baking paper
2.In a large pan, gently melt the butter, golden syrup and jam athen stir in all the other ingredients to coat evenly.
3. Scrape into the lined tin and press down with a spoon or folk to flatten.
4. Bake for 30 mins till golden on top. Cool at room temp for 30 mins then pop into the fridge to set for at leats an hour before cutting into 16 bars.
