Are you looking for work, or know someone who is?  The BFWI is relocating to Aylesbury and we now urgently need a Federation Secretary (charity administrator) and an Assistant (p/t).

There are 100 WIs in the Bucks Federation and this role, working at our new HQ in Aylesbury, provides support to all of these as well as the Board of Trustees and sub-committees.  The ability to confidently liaise with internal groups and external organisations is essential.  Included in the role is management of the Office and 2 p/t staff.

For either role you should have a professional, friendly approach to dealing with people, with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.  A working knowledge of MS Office is essential along with good organisational skills and time management.  Knowledge of publishing software will be an advantage for editing of our monthly newsletter.
