This year’s National Unplugging Day will be on Sunday 26th June.
We are very excited to be opening The Bagnall Centre for the afternoon to support National Unplugging Day 2016 founded by our amazing new associate Gemma Johnson. The event encourages people to #GoGadgetFree for the day and take a probably much needed break from technology.
You can read more about National Unplugging Day here.
The Bagnall Centre will be open from 2-5pm.
We will be hosting a wide range of healthy family activities which do not require being plugged into digital machines (such as televisions, computers and mobile phones), and are inviting parents to come along and take part with their children. Activity leaders are donating their time without charge, the Centre is donating the space, and so we are delighted that we are able to offer all the activities free of charge.
Planned activities for the whole family:
14.00 – 14.20 Hula Hooping
14.00 – 16.30 Board Games
14.00 – 16.30 Colour & Craft
