We popped to The Miltons Head for a bite to eat mid week when my parents in law were staying. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. There isn't a specific children's menu - when I asked what pasta dish they would recommend for children they said that they could make small portions of cheesy pasta or a pasta & bolognaise sauce - perfect for my kids. We were offered complimentary warm garlic bread which was yummy and perfects whilst we waited for our mains. We all had pizzas - they were huge & extremely tasty :)
The Milton's Head is a lovely place but i do feel that they are missing a trick. There aren't many places to go out now in CSG since the closure of The Crown and so I feel that they could seize the opportunity to attract more of the locals. It's lacking slightly in ambience - nice music, candles etc would help. In summary 5*service, good value & huge portions :)
