Tell us a little bit about the Healthy Silver Fox….
There isn’t much out there for our age group in respect of health and fitness, everything seems to be aimed at the 30 year old, so we wanted to start a website that tackled the issues of our age group 45 – 65 in growing old wisely.
What inspired you to set up The Healthy Silver Fox?
Both Brett and I are interested in our health and we were at the age where it’s so important to manage your health. We wanted to inspire others, as some of our friends had become unwell.
