MCL is not just another Outdoor Fitness Company - we are a way of life. The world around us is our gym and we combine the joy of exercise with a love of the outdoors. Based in Hyde Heath, our sessions extend to Little Missenden, Great Missenden and surrounding Chiltern areas, and we offer Nordic Walks and Outdoor Workouts for all levels. With Trek Fit, Ski Fit, Adventure Walks, Wellness Walks and Nordic Wellbeing, there is something for everyone and MCL Fitness clients range in age between 25 - 85, both men and women. MCL Fitness also has strong partnerships with Bucks Sport, "Reactivate" helping people to enjoy being active, and we work with the National Trust meaning that we offer Nordic Walking at some stunning historical locations. Really enjoy my fitness classes with Melissa. She offers a range of classes and they're all outdoors! Fab! Last winter we even did a bootcamp in the snow. Melissa is a great instructor; friendly yet makes sure each workout is worthwhile. Based in a lovely part of the Chilterns, it makes me wonder why people use the gym instead. Tip: give Nordic Walking a go!

Great fun nordic walks, Saturday morning or Tuesday evening, Melissa and her group are great fun to be with and keep us all on our toes. Different routes all the time, Melissa is always up for a challenge or a walk with a difference.
Bootcamps for men

What a great way to start a Saturday morning, exercising with a great class, in the beautiful Chilterns. Melissa is a fantastic teacher , who ensures the classes are hard work but still full of fun. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get fit, or stay fit.
Great Exercise ... Not As You've Ever Known It!

Melissa is an inspiration. I started Nordic walking with her only a few months ago and have had the best (and really only!) exercise time of my life. Her groups are great fun and really sociable and supportive. I love getting outdoors and feel so much better and uplifted after every walk I do.
