Sum up your business in a sentence: Fun and energetic outdoor group exercise and personal training designed with progression that gets real results
What did you do before starting up your business: I was a Business Director at an advertising agency with Channel 4 as my client
When did you start your business and why: I am in the process of launching my own franchise for Wild Training due to be up and running in the next few weeks! I had been running personal training sessions designed to cater for mums and mums to be to empower women to take control of their bodies at a time when it is so easy to feel the opposite. I then came across Wild Training by chance and was intrigued by their unique equipment and innovative stance on fitness. Having spoken to James Griffiths (the founder of Wild Training) and other franchisees, I quickly realized that this was the opportunity I was looking for and I could do it in addition to personal training and fitness training with yummy mummies. I wanted a piece of it!
The best part of your day / running your own business: Seeing clients achieve something they thought they couldn’t do and being out in the fresh air
And the worst: I am a new kid on the block so still in a lovely haze of novelty. I imagine it will be the numbers and accounting though!
How do you juggle running a business and family life: Amazing support from my husband and our families especially when it comes to babysitting
What challenges have you faced: Overcoming nervousness of setting up on my own, park politics and red tape!

Your simple pleasure: Sunshine
