Lucy Harris Sports Massage

I am fully trained as a sports massage practitioner. Sports massage is not just for sports people. Whether you compete in high level sports or do little exercise, sports massage can be extremely effective in aiding recovery. I use a variety of massage strokes together with specific deep tissue techniques to work on the body's soft tissues, muscles,tendons and ligaments. I have my own massage couch and so if you live within a five mile radius of Chesham I can come to you at no extra cost. Rates are £30 for an hour long session or £20 for 40 minutes.
