Lottie Jones Yoga


Lottie has been practicing Yoga for 14 years and holds the Yoga Campus Teacher Training Diploma and is accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga. Lottie teaches Yoga to all levels/women/men. Her classes draw upon the various styles she has been taught including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Sivananda.  She includes asanas (poses) with sequencing for strength and flexibility with a focus on alignment, pranayama (breathing) exercises to calm the mind, meditation to cultivate inner awareness and relaxation to allow the body/mind to rest and rejuvenate. Lottie enjoys bringing her yoga practice to everyone. Her classes will leave you feeling energised yet calmer.  A regular yoga practice ensures a healthy mind and body.

Location: Bagnall Centre, Chesham on a Tuesday evenings 7.30pm for 1 hour (drop in £8 an hour or block book 6 classes for the price of 5) and Chesham Moor Gym on Wednesday evenings 7.30pm for 1 hour and Saturday mornings 10am for 1 hour (drop in £6 an hour or block book 6 classes for the price of 5.
