Kids Go FREE To Top London Theatre Shows
+ FREE Events & Activities
Kids Week, 1-31st August 2013, is all about introducing children to the magic of London theatre. To celebrate it’s 15th birthday this year, Kids Week is running throughout the whole of August, so really a ‘Kids Month’. A child aged 16 or under can go to the theatre for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult, plus an additional 2 children can go for half price.
As well as offering show tickets to over 35 top London shows, producers organise free activities and events for children to take part in. A full list of shows will be announced on June 11th. Tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster on 18th June 2013, make sure it’s in your diary ☺. For more information about Kids Week see www.kidsweek.co.uk
KIDS THEATRE GUIDE
It’s never too early to take your children to a theatre production. There are live shows featuring music, puppetry, colourful costumes and wacky characters to captivate babies, toddlers and pre school children alike and not forgetting older children too including parents. Many theatres hold shows for toddlers from 18months old!
Theatre can be a great way for children to express themselves and perhaps discover a talent they may have for drama or singing and the best way to introduce them to theatre is to take them to some shows.
A child’s first visit to the theatre is something they will remember for a long time and there has never been a better time to get your child interested.
LOCAL THEATRE GUIDE
If you fancy something a bit closer to home, then there’s lots of children’s shows running throughout the year at local theatres. With something to suit everyone, why not book your tickets and enjoy a great family day out.
