KoHo are hosting a supper club, kha-lo, for an evening of culinary delights from India, on Saturday 24th June. The London based foodie, Raksha Karavadra, is coming to Little Chalfont to share her passion for her home cuisine, showcasing a food culture famed for their nutritious and divinely aromatic dishes.
Raksha’s family heritage is rooted in the North-Western Gujarat region of India, famous for its predominantly vegetarian cuisine and tantalising simultaneously sweet, salty and spicy flavours.
Nutrition is at the heart of traditional Indian cuisine, which maintain established spice combinations to aid digestion and heal the body.
