Just called up to get a quote for my daughter travelling to Ealing for stewarding of the Ealing marathon.
Controller was extremely rude in saying “well if you need a taxi for 5am, you should call a day ahead, do you expect me to wake people up in the middle of the night”
How am I supposed to know what time drivers start work?! Are you a taxi firm or not?
Cabco & Crown taxi’s were much more professional in providing quotes.
Has put me off using again after 5 years of using.
No need for bad manners!
