Pregnancy Yoga classes include physical exercises to maintain health and strength and good alignment in pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. Breathing exercises, deep relaxation and precious time out from busy lives to concentrate on your growing new baby. Small classes to tailor the programme for participants needs.
Postnatal Mother & Baby Yoga classes starting in September 2013. Exercises to rebalance, re-align and recover core strength after pregnancy, incorporating your new baby into your yoga practice in a fun and social way.
