A lovely morning/afternoon out

We went to Peterly Manor Farm yesterday to pick our own fruit. The children loved it and enjoyed hunting for the fruit :) We went to the farm shop afterwards to buy ice creams and sat out on the hay stacks as it was such a beautiful day. Worth noting though that when we went there were no more strawberries and very few raspberries so if you're after something specific i would call ahead to see if they still have it. Apparently there will be a second crop of raspberries soon. A lovely morning/afternoon out and a nice little farm shop. Well worth a visit.

The kids absolutely loved picking their own raspberries (you can always stock up and freeze the fruits). We then had a quick look around the farm shop, bought some cheese and then sat on the benches eating ice cream. Perfect way to spend a morning or you could always go after pick up from school.
