Fitness Pilates - an innovative fusion of pilates, yoga and body conditioning exercises. Mondays 11-12pm at Jordans Quaker Meeting House. Class open to all ages and abilities.

Tone, Trim and Tighten - a great whole body workout to effectively tone, burn fat and improve fitness. Thursdays 9.30-10.30 at Parish Hall, Chalfont St Peter. Class open to all ages and abilities.
