Trees were part of Roald Dahl’s life and featured in his stories. Join our junk modelling workshop to make one of your own – will it be the Giraffe’s tinkle-tinkle tree or the great tree hiding Mr Fox’s den.

Times: 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm and 3.00pm Cost: £3 per participant. Adults are welcome to pay to make their own. Price does not include Museum entry which you will also need to book to take part in the workshop. Age: recommended for 4 years. Under 8s will need to be accompanied by an adult (no more than two non-participating adults will be allowed in the room per group). Participants aged 2 to 4 will still be charged. Type of workshop: craft workshop - you might get messy! Booking: you can book Museum entry and workshops online up until 4.30pm the day before (subject to availability).
