What will I learn?
During the course you will learn Chi Kung exercises which will help to generate energy and provide you with practise of the tai chi principles. You will learn a gentle set of linked moves (form) which will give you a foundation for a more detailed and in depth experience of tai chi. Each lesson will include a focus on managing your energy, practise and development of form, tai chi principles and an understanding of the martial arts applications of postures in order for you to understand how to adopt the correct posture and a better awareness of your body and mind.
