Enjoy this warm and cosy workshop that will fill you all with holiday cheer!
You’ll embrace the tradition of sharing a story and hear a traditional seasonal tale together. Find out about Roald Dahl’s Norwegian roots and some of the folklore that may have inspired his tales with a twist. Then have a go at some traditional Christmas crafts including Santa Lucia crowns and a miniature decorative tree.
Event details
Times: 12.00pm, 1.30pm and 3.00pm
Cost: £4 per participant. Price does not include Museum entry which you will also need to book to take part in the workshop.
Age: suitable for 5 years. Under 16s will need to be accompanied by an adult (no more than two non-participating adults will be allowed in the room per group). Participating children under 5 years will still need to pay.
Booking: you can book Museum entry and workshops online up until the day before (subject to availability). Workshop options will appear after selecting your Museum admission.
Alternatively, you can call 01494 892192 Tues to Fri 10am to 4.30pm, Sat and Sun 11am to 4.30pm. Please leave a message if you can’t get through.
If there are any unsold workshop tickets they will be sold on the day on a first come, first served basis at the ticket desk.
