Pitstone Heritage Park
July Open Day
Put Sunday July 14th in your diary as the day you discover the delights of Pitstone Heritage Park. Join the group of people wandering round saying “wow, this is amazing, we didn’t even know it was here”
Based in the redundant buildings of an old Victorian Farm, the Heritage park is a registered charity run entirely by unpaid volunteers and has a huge variety of fascinating things on show to entertain, educate and amaze all ages and tastes of people. Exhibits from time gone by, show how life has changed in the home and on the farm and many displays show classic crafts such as blacksmithing, wheelwright, basket weaving, lace making, printing, knitting, brush making and wood turning. We have plenty to see and do, free parking, lovely food on sale, tractor rides to pitstone Windmill, fantastic model railways and a full sized Lancaster Bomber cockpit await your presence on July 14th.
There are some areas where access is limited but most places are fine for wheelchairs and prams and we welcome well behaved dogs on leads.
Come from 10.30, classic vehicles get free entry. Allow 3-5 hours for a visit.
