Suitable for children from approximately 4-9 years old. These special family yoga sessions will be held outdoors, but will be cancelled if there is bad weather, and a full refund issued. Please ensure you give us your contact details in the event of cancellation.
 
Sharing a yoga session can be a playful way to help your child keep their mind and body balanced, as well as a great opportunity to bond. Our Big Dog, Little Dog session includes some basic yoga poses and techniques which will introduce your child to a practise that they will hopefully continue into adulthood, as well as some really fun acro-yoga balances.
