If you're a fan of Heston Blumenthal or Ferran Adria and want to know some of the secrets then this is the course for you. This is an Introduction to Molecular Gastronomy course and focusses on; Spherification (caviar pearls), Reverse spherication (strawberries and blackcurrants with liquid centres), Instant setting tagliatelle jelly and spaghetti jelly A little mixology to demonstrate a suspension gel for a cocktail and we'll also do a little deconstruction. We'll teach you the tricks of the trade so you can wow your partner, friends, business colleagues or kids. This workshop is a mixture of demonstration and hands on techniques. The course takes place in Princes Risborough from 10am-1pm. Pre booking is essential, once booked on to the workshop the place must be paid for in full and no refund will be given in the event of cancellation unless cancelled by Beverley Glock Cookery School.
