Our Year Four Get Ready for the Eleven Plus course teaches students the skills and techniques that are essential for them to cope with the pace and challenges of our Year Five Eleven Plus course. Our two-year approach enables more time to cover the necessary curriculum, develop exam strategies and build confidence – all key ingredients for Eleven Plus success. With competition for grammar school places growing year on year, children need to be working at a high level to be in with a chance of achieving a qualifying score. In addition, the ‘new’ Bucks Eleven Plus test comprises a far greater range of potential question types, meaning there are far more areas to prepare for than ever before, thus making an early start even more essential.
