A whole day dedicated to making Edible Christmas Pressies, learning how to decorate using royal icing and how to temper chocolate. Beverley will show you how to make : lebkuchen, truffles, biscotti, Gingerbread tree decorations beautifully iced with royal icing Beverley will give you tips on how to wrap your gifts ready to give as Christmas pressies. Some of the gifts you make may not last until Christmas but you'll leaved armed with the recipes and confidence to make them again at home.  The workshop will take place in Princes Risborough from 10am-3pm on Friday 8 December and a light lunch will be served, usually homemde soup and bread.  There are only 4 places for this workshop so please book early.
