COMBE MILL  in   STEAM     Sun 18^th March 2018   Themed:-     Science and Engineering at Combe Mill   Come along and experience the power of steam and water.  Watch the laws of physics at work in all aspects of this restored sawmill and workshop that once served the Blenheim Palace Estate.  Enjoy this working industrial museum with its late 19th Century Steam Beam Engine.  Line Shafting together with the working restored Waterwheel and dual Blacksmiths Forge.  This hands-on museum takes pride in making you think and learn through trying your hand at making things and seeing how machinery works. Demonstrations of craftsmen's tools plus a collection Of Working Historic Tower Clocks make for an enjoyable visit.
