Meeting point: Black Park Country Park, Lakeside Room (located between the Visitor Information point and the Lakeside Cafe (10 min walk anticlockwise around the lake from car park).

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All ages welcome. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Due to room capacity only one adult per child, additional adults, younger siblings and buggies will need to wait outside.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Black Park Country Park has a Pay and Display Public Car Park. Car parking charges will always apply unless specifically stated; you can check charges on our website.

What's the refund policy?

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or show your eticket on your mobile phone on arrival.
