Exploring What Matters is a secular, science-based course created by Action for Happiness for people who want to learn how to live happily and spread happiness to those around them. Each week is based around a big question.
Week 1: What really matters in life?
Week 2: What actually makes us happy?
Week 3: Can we find peace of mind?
Week 4: How should we treat others?
Week 5: What makes for great relationships?
Week 6: Can we be happier at work?
Week 7: Can we build happier communities?
Week 8: How can we create a happier world?
These
workshops are organised by Action for Happiness Bucks, a local branch of the
AfH movement. Each workshop focuses on one or more of Action for Happiness’ 10
Keys to Happier Living. These events are not for profit. Donations go towards
covering the cost of room hire, workshop materials, and refreshments.
