11:00am - 12.15pm - 11th September - 2nd October 2018 £60 for 4 week programme It is possible to join this course anytime during the 4 weeks. New joiners should arrive 15 minutes early if they would like to use the Tanita scales and have a chat with Holly to get up to speed. The course will cover: - How To Eat To Support Healthy Weight Loss – including what to eat, when to eat and reducing cravings - Advice on Lifestyle Factors Associated with Weight Management – including sleep, stress management, activity levels - Information on how diet may be impacting on common health symptoms and what you can do to improve these – including digestive discomfort, dry or itchy skin, low energy, anxiety, irritability and low mood - Weekly monitoring using Tanita body composition scales to track progress - An opportunity to have your questions answered - Coaching support to keep you motivated This programme is run by Holly Miles, a BANT and CNHC registered nutritional therapist and health coach specialising in weight loss. Holly has an BSc in Physiology, an MSc in personalised nutrition plus a nutritional therapy practice Diploma. She is also a certified coach and NLP practitioner.
