These are so easy to make and taste delicious.


375g pack ready rolled puff pastry

6 sausages

1 egg yolk

Splash milk


1.Preheat the oven to 200 (fan) / 220 (fan) / gas mark 7. Unroll the pastry and cut it down the middle lengthways and then cut the pastry across to make 6 squares

2.Remove the skin from the sausages using scissors or a sharp knife. Place each sausage on a square of pastry.

3. Mix the yolk and milk and use as a glue on the edge of each pastry square. Wrap the sausage in the pastry and press the edges gently together and lay joined side down on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with the rest of the egg mixture.

4. Bakes for 25-30 mins and serve hot.
