Simple to make and taste delicious! The originally recipe used raspberry jam and once baked added a fresh raspberry on top as soon as they came out of the oven but as we only had apricot jam this is what we used. We also used milk chocolate as we didn’t have any dark chocolate 🙂 Basically you can play around and use different jams / chocolate to suit your taste. The biscuit is like a short bread biscuit. Very tasty and a great recipe to make with children.
