1 x ripe banana, chopped up, then frozen (minimum 1 hour)
100g Greek youghurt (for an extra creamy texture use full fat)
Handful frozen raspberries or other frozen berries
Make enough for 1 adult or 2 children
1. Put everything in a blender and mix. Serve straight away.
I could eat lots of this – thankfully it is healthy 🙂 It’s so simple to make, you just bung everything in the mixer and blend it, so perfect if you fancy a quick sweet fix. My kids like eating it too!
