Drama classes for 4-10 year olds. Classes are held three Thursday evenings a month at the Chalfont St Giles Memorial hall between 5-6pm. Jo & Michelle have run Chalfont Youth Drama for a number of years and have worked in industry themselves and so bring lots of experience to their roles as club leaders. Their focus is on nurturing potential young actors, actresses, singers and dancers whilst boosting confidence and social skills. They are proud that they've remained a small village-based club and believe that they offer classes that encourage children to develop as individuals. Free trial class - email /call to arrange.

Being a drama specialist myself I can verify that this club is an excellent starter for young ones who haven't tried drama before. My two now go (4 and a half and seven) and my son immediately wanted to go to it every day, and my daughter can't wait for the next session. The leaders are practicing drama teachers and performing arts students, and the time is great - an hour 5-6pm at a very very reasonable cost considering the prices of some of the local drama franchises. (£60 per term, or £50 per child if two or more siblings attend). I'd highly recommend you get your child in for a trial and I'll bet they'll want to go again!

My two girls (5 & 7years) have been going to CYD since September and they both love it! Great Drama group, Jo & Michelle are absolutelly fantastic with the kids. Would definitely recommend. Also very good time 5-6pm, not too late for the younger ones.
