Better than a gym!
My friend told me about CCF after having my 3rd child as I wanted to get back into shape. Boot camps run over a 6 week period and you can either do either 1 class per week, 2 classes per week or unlimited classes. There is also the option to pay as you go. The classes are great as they are so varied and never the same format. Chris and Tracey who own CCF are fantastic, very friendly, extremely motivating and adapt exercises according to your abilities. I would definitely recommend outdoor works to going to a gym!
