Bucks Pilates Mummy Maintenance Programme
Each movement in Alice's Bucks Pilates Mummy Maintenance Programme has been specifically included to return your body back to it's pre-baby strength and shape. You will:
* strengthen your core
* have an awareness of good posture
* strengthen pelvic floors
* strengthen your upper back
* mobilise the lower back and thoracic (middle) spine
* stretch muscles prone to tightness
* focus on your body enabling you to understand it better
Meet other local mums while returning to your pre-baby shape, size and strength! Your tummy will be flatter, your bottom will be firmer, your legs and arms will be leaner and stronger. You will feel taller, energised and excited to get back to the kiddies after your much deserved 'you-time'. Weekend and evening classes in Old Amersham.

Just over a year ago, After the birth of my first baby and feeling like I was lacking in time, confidence and some much need exercise , I began attending Alice's Mummy Maintenance Class.
The class means some time for me,the opportunity to exercise, tone and strengthen my body and a chance to relax my mind . All in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, that suits and challenges all abilities.
I would definitely recommend this class to all mums out there .....go on give it a try !
