A high intensity, fat burning and muscle building session on a Saturday morning at 9:30 am for one hour with two fully qualified personal trainers. Everyone is entitled to their first session free of charge and from then on it is £5 a session or package options are available at 6 sessions for £25 or 10 sessions for £40. Also available to all is one to one personal training with either trainer which can be developed to suit any individual.
