Well where do I begin. We have been to this place many times before, we have always received fantastic service, good was excellent.

Unfortunately we will NEVER be returning to this place ever again. It's funny how 1 person can ruin your experience and ruin the reputation of a well established restaurant.

We had a table for 3 booked to celebrate my husband's birthday. Cocktails where ordered whilst we relaxed in the bar area. We should have realised then that it would end up in disaster. We ordered 2 pornstar martinis and a ginger beer... well, we received 2 very weak porn star martinis less one vital ingredient the passion fruit... the one ingredient that you expect in such a drink.. . When asked, we were told they didn't have any... what the hell.. . It was only 5pm! The ginger ale was brought to us even though we had ordered ginger beer.

When we where ready to be seated we where aggressively approached by a man who later we found out was the restaurant manager. I am astounded how an establishment like this could recruit such a rude, vile and unprofessional person. He definitely lacks hospitality skills.

He proceeded to take us to our table.. . The furthest table in the restaurant, we asked politely if we could be seated somewhere else (bearing in mind there was only 2 other adults plus their child in the restaurant) every single table available except 1. He abruptly replied with a NO... we asked why, only to be told because I say so, if you don't like it I suggest you leave.

We where amazed by this man's aggressive reaction. We have dined in many restaurants all over the world and have never had such a rude reaction from an employee let alone the manager, who should know better.

As you could appreciate we where very upset to his response that we asked him who was above him in management to which he replied.. . There is no-one higher than me expect God! At this point we could not bear to stay there to dine to be treated like this.

I am utterly disgusted and I will not let this rest, this man should not be customer facing as he does not have any people skills. I strongly recommend that this establishment revaluate their management staff and employ someone who has strong people skills and mist of all someone who respects other human beings.

I would like to personally thank you for opening our eyes and changing our opinion of this restaurant. You ruined my husband's birthday celebration which I will never forgive or forget. I will openly advice potential new customers of your disgraceful behaviour.

Because of your disgraceful behaviour we decided to go to Crazy Bear, there we received a fantastic service and the food was amazing.

So Brasserie Blanc, thank you once again for your rudeness, unprofessionalism and for ensuring we will never return back to your establishment.

To all other fello diners hope you have a better experience than what we had.

We went to Brasserie Blanc last night with another couple and had a great night out. I made a reservation online via their website earlier this week which was very easy and straightforward - this was followed up with a phone call a few days later to confirm our booking. There is a car park at the back of the restaurant which is handy as parking in Beaconsfield is notoriously hard. We arrived early and when for a pre dinner drink in the front bar area of the restaurant. First thing I have to mention if the interior which I love. It's beautifully decked out and at the back of the restaurant there is an enormous vaulted ceiling which looks fantastic. The restaurant was completely full but despite this the service and food was fantastic and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.

I went here a few weeks ago with a group of girls for lunch. The set menu is fantastic value for money at £9.50 for 2 course and you can have the option to add another course for an extra £3.50. To start with I had the celeriac salad which was delicious. For main I had the Steak Frites (£2 supplement), again very tasty and surprisingly tender. I actually felt quite stuffed at the end of my meal :) Would highly recommend lunch here with friends - the food is yummy and great value for money. Oh and I love the decor! If you haven't been, you must!

I’ve been to Brasserie Blanc several times before and it’s one of my favourite places to eat locally. Last weekend we decided to take the family out for breakfast/brunch on Sunday. We’d never been with children before so I was surprised how welcome we were made to feel. There were other families there, so we didn’t feel out of place bringing our kids (8 years & 6 years). The breakfast menu was excellent with plenty of options which were all good value for money. There was even any activity sheet and crayons for the children, which we weren’t expecting. I’d happily take the children back again, although would probably stick to the breakfast/brunch as it seemed more child friendly than lunch or dinner.

Brasserie Blanc is one of my favourite places to eat. The menu has plenty of choice, it's fresh and the set menu is very good value for money. The restaurant has a nice buzzy feel, the service is good and there's even a carpark out back. We haven't taken the children yet but am tempted to give the weekend breakfast a try out :) Also need to go again to try dining al-fresco!
Would highly recommend for lunch, dinner or drinks with friends.
