Summer classes

My daughter loves these classes. She can't wait to go each week and loves coming home with all the goodies she's made :) Tracey and Andrea are great teachers and are so good with the kids. It's a good idea that the children bring home the recipe cards so that them can re-create their dishes at home, they're really easy to follow and the kids are excited to show and explain what they did in class. The classes have inspired my daughter to be more involved in cooking at home which is fab! Would highly recommend Baggies and we'll definitely be booking a place for the next holiday course.

My boys (aged 4 and 6 years) went to the 'Taste of France' cookery class today at the Bagnall Centre and they absolutely loved it. The course was held at the Bagnall Centre ( which is a centre for integrated healthcare (offering both orthodox and complementary medical approaches). I went into the kitchen where they are taught and I was really impressed. It's a fantastic set up- I wanted to stay and do some cooking :) The boys made Crepes and Cinnamon Palmiers which were delicious. The children get to take home what they cooked and also recipe cards so that you can recreate the dishes at home! I asked them at the end if they would like to come again and they both without hesitation shouted yes :) so if there's space I am going to book them on another course in a few weeks. Definitely give them a try!
