I use this website whenever we holiday or take a short break in the UK and found it to be the best and most reliable site when it comes to choosing really quirky and great quality self catering accommodation, hotels, inns, pubs, tree houses, yurts, cabins, gipsy caravans or lovely B&B 's in all price categories. Alastair Sawday handpicks all the accommodation and only chooses the best in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, quirkiness, idyllic location, great atmosphere and all-round special places.The site now also has a section for family friendly hotels. My mum came to stay when we moved to CSG and as we were in total chaos, I was lucky to find a great B&B on the site in Jordan's http://www.sawdays.co.uk/special-places/britain/england/buckinghamshire/spindrift, which is run by a lovely couple. It even has an outside pool for guests to use and a beautiful garden. Sawdays site also lists accommodation in France, Spain, Italy etc, which I have been told are equally as well sought out.
