The Merlin’s Cave, located on the green in Chalfont St Giles, is currently being rejuvenated into a beautiful country pub, with an all-fresh food restaurant, serving hand-crafted beers from the cask or bottle as well as a beautiful garden. To celebrate the re-opening they are offering 50% off food at their preview events (below is a sneak peak of some of the amazing dishes on their menu!) The Head Chef, Peter, previously worked at the Royal Household (yes he’s actually cooked for royalty) and has fantastic experience working in some very busy Gastro pubs and restaurants in the UK, Ireland as well as abroad in countries such as Belgium, France and across Asia.

The Merlin’s Cave will be a great place to enjoy either a Saturday night treat; a mid-week riverside catch up with friends over a coffee; a place to gather the family on Sunday before heading out for a walk; somewhere for meetings with business colleagues; or the first choice for a freshly cooked breakfast and the paper.
