Home is….

Best meal you’ve had?
I really like NOPI, when we have a free night out and we’ve got a bit more time we often go there. The food is fantastic.
What are you up to right now?
I am doing a lot of book signings at the moment for my book ‘A New Way for Mothers’ and working on growing Beyondtheschoolrun.com to support more and more mothers with inspiration, opportunities and connections.
Best piece of advise you’ve been given?
I can’t think of one that has been given to me directly but I keep this quote on my desk: “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become” Steve Jobs
Who do you call when you want to have fun?
I laugh a lot with the kids.
Best place for a nightcap?
Gosh I have to be honest I am such an early bird that I am not very often out late. May change but for now I love the mornings, so this is a tricky one.
Favourite shops?
I am a big fan of the high street, Zara, Top Shop etc and have a regular feature on Beyondtheschoolrun called ‘Fashion Friday’ where I share a great fashion find with the community. I also like Bicester Village.
Last book you read?
The last book I read was by Denise Duffield Thomas called ‘Get Rich, Lucky Bitch.’ It is focused on how women can connect with money in a female way, which I am fascinated in.
Biggest extravagance?
A Smythson diary each year, I love them.
Can’t live out?
My family, exercise and fresh air.
